Before I go on and explain what it is, let me firstly tell you what coaching isn’t.


It’s certainly not us saying this is our way, so you must do what we say, and it’s definitely not us asking you to overhaul your life if you want to get results.


What coaching actually is, is us firstly deeply understanding your needs and wants and then taking your hand and guiding you through the process, step-by-step with the sole intention of you achieving your unique weight loss goal.

We don’t just show you how to do it either, we show you why you’re doing it too, so that you become educated along the way. Come the end of the process we want you to be 100% confident that you’ll be able to manage your weight effectively on your own, without our help.
